Eligibility: Open to legal residents 18 years or older whose home is in TrueView's service area (Greater Austin, Travis or Williamson County). Employees of the sponsors and their households are not eligible.

Entry period: Entries open October 19 and must be received by 11:59 PM Central on October 26, 2026. Limit one entry per household; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize: One whole-home interior and exterior window cleaning, including screens, tracks, and sills; approximate value $500. Redeem within 30 days of winner notification. Non-transferable; no cash value.

Winner: Selected at random and notified by email and phone on or about October 27. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate may be selected.

Voucher: Eligible non-winning entrants who are new customers receive a VIP voucher toward their first whole-home cleaning with a new annual plan. Book within 7 days of announcement; limited to first 15 bookings; cannot be combined with other promotions.
